Effective leadership is measured in results, plain and simple. It doesn’t matter how well you dress, how articulately you speak, or how educated or experienced you are. Results matter. Without results, leadership is ineffective, no matter the polish or style.
A review of history-shaping leaders reveals common traits they possessed that I think were key in causing these leaders to see incredible results.
